This workshop methodology based on a deck of cards aims at exploring how housing developers can plan and successfully execute circular building renovations in a resource and cost-efficient way.
The 1h workshop is divided into two exercises: (1) a mapping exercise to identify local resources needs and readiness toward circular housing renovation in your region (30 min). (2) Do It Yourself (DIY) circular renovation concept: participants draw from the deck of cards the relevant circular measures to co-design a circular renovation concept for housing matching their regional context (30 min).
Ultimately, the workshop aims to raise awareness and provide housing developers and practitioners with the knowledge and tools necessary to support informed decisions to roll out circular renovation in residential buildings.
